About Grexa
- Partner with clients to deeply understand their business objectives and craft a tailored onboarding experience that sets the foundation for long-term success.
- Lead insightful, value-driven product demonstrations and follow-ups that empower clients to confidently integrate Grexa into their daily operations.
- Continuously monitor client engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization, proactively intervening to enhance platform adoption and satisfaction.
- Act as the strategic bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless resolution of operational needs while driving continuous improvement.
- Champion the voice of the client by collecting rich feedback and delivering it as actionable insights to influence product development and service innovation.
- Strategically identify growth opportunities within accounts, advising clients on how to unlock more value through advanced features and tailored solutions.
- Own the client journey end-to-end building trust, ensuring value realization, and guiding accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- 6 months to 2.5 years of work experience in client success, consulting, operations, or growth roles (SaaS preferred)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and outcomes-driven someone who can solve on-ground problems in real time
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- High ownership and ability to independently manage multiple clients
- Proficiency in basic tech tools like CRM systems, Excel, WhatsApp APIs, marketing tools, etc.
