Quality Analyst - Manual Testing (2-3 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Manual Tester with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, and a passion for ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand project requirements, design test plans and test cases accordingly.

- Perform thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, usability, and stability.

- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.

- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to resolve issues.

- Execute regression, functional, smoke, and integration testing.

- Provide test estimations and contribute to QA planning and timelines.

- Participate in daily stand-ups and project meetings.

- Provide clear and detailed test reports and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 2 to 3 years of experience in manual testing.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.

- Experience with test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Good communication and analytical skills.

- Basic understanding of databases and ability to write simple SQL queries is a plus.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium (basic level).

- Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman.

- Exposure to cross-browser and cross-device testing.
