Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive manual testing experience across Android and iOS platforms, complemented by automation testing skills for mobile applications. You should possess strong API testing knowledge and demonstrate expertise in iOS testing specifically, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mobile applications.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Mobile Manual Testing : Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases for Android and iOS mobile applications

- Cross-Platform Testing : Conduct thorough testing across both Android and iOS platforms, ensuring consistent functionality and user experience

- Test Automation : Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for mobile applications using industry-standard automation frameworks

- API Testing : Perform comprehensive API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar platforms to validate backend integrations

- iOS-Specific Testing : Execute specialized iOS testing procedures, including App Store guidelines compliance, iOS-specific features, and device compatibility testing

- Defect Management : Identify, document, and track software defects through their complete lifecycle using bug tracking tools

- Regression Testing : Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact after new updates

- Test Documentation : Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and comprehensive test reports

- Collaboration : Work closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve quality issues

Requirements :

- 3+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing

- Mobile Testing Expertise : Proven experience in manual testing of mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms

- Test Automation : Hands-on experience with mobile automation testing tools and frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, or similar

- API Testing : Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, Apache JMeter, or SoapUI

- iOS Testing Specialization : Deep understanding of iOS testing methodologies, App Store guidelines, and - iOS-specific testing requirements

- Testing Methodologies : Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC), QA methodologies, and best practices

- Bug Tracking Tools : Experience with JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar defect tracking systems

- Agile Experience : Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and QA processes
