Key Skills:

- Deep knowledge of Labour Laws:
- Factory Act, 1948
- BOCW Act, 1996
- Payment of Wages Act
- New Labour Codes Wages, Social Security, OSH
- Familiarity with government portals for compliance filings
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English
- Able to coordinate with multi-level stakeholders

Job Responsibilities

Compliance & Statutory Management:

- Full responsibility for ensuring compliance under various labour laws including Factory, BOCW, and Contract Labour Act
- Timely registration, renewal, and amendments of licensesupdate tracker/MIS for due dates and actions
- Manage and submit all statutory returns; ensure display and maintenance of statutory notices/registers
- Coordinate and resolve PF/ESI queries including withdrawals, death claims, transfers, etc.

Client & Vendor Coordination:

- Maintain professional alliances with clients at all levels
- Handle client grievances, coordinate with internal registration, payroll, and backend teams
- Guide and audit vendor compliance invoice checks, headcount reporting, document validation
- Prepare monthly vendor reports, bonus calculations, cost analysis, and budgeting for off-roll employees

Field Visits & Inspections:

- Travel to client site, labour office, or government departments as neededeven on short notice
- Handle labour department inspections or notices end-to-end till resolution
- Attend client review meetings; prepare PowerPoint presentations summarizing compliance status

Reporting & Analysis:

- Update and manage:
- Registration/licensing tracker with renewal due dates
- Notice/inspection trackers
- G&CC invoice and payment tracker
- User ID/password database
- Provide detailed compliance MIS and dashboards every month
