Requirements

• 0-3 years of work experience in a recruitment role
• Professional Qualification: MBA from a top ranked institute
• Should have excellent communication (email correspondence, client communication), Presentation, Relationship building and Negotiation skills
• Self directed work style with minimum direction
• Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Analyze the client's requirements.
• Source profiles from different Portals for Resume Search, Job Posting, Referencing and Headhunting.
• Pre-Screen the Resumes and Send relevant profiles to client for their perusal for candidate's interview.
• Organize interviews as per schedules for respective clients
• Coordinating with different levels of interview with clients.
• Negotiate salary, generation of offer and finalization with candidates.
• Prepare maintaining database of resumes of candidates.
• Maintain relationship with new/existing clients.
• Handle end to end recruitment Process right from finding the talent pool to finalizing salary.
