Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
- Care & Rehabilitation of Ortho, Neuro, Obst, Cardio & Pulmo patients.
- Prepare customized therapy plan for each patient
- Prepare a home management plan to be followed by the patient.
- Ensure service excellence with high standard of customer service (reduce waiting time, no negative occurrence, proactiveness).
- Ensure that the maintenance of equipment happens as per desired schedule to ensure minimal down time.
- Maintain updated patients records.
- Accurate diagnosis of ailment & plan treatment accordingly.
- Develop good rapport with patient & physicians.
- Keep abreast with latest research, development & techniques in the field.
Preferred candidate profile :
Qualification: MPT
Experience : 2+ year
Note : Required Excellent communication skills
