Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieving sales target through assigned leads , which may be self-generated or generated by Branch operations, call centers and other sources
- Meeting prospective customers in the assigned geographies to understand their financial needs and selling insurance solutions
- Providing pre and post sales support
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency
Desired Qualification and Experience
- Education : Any Graduate
- Experience : Min. 6 months to 12 months+ Sales experience in life insurance and other sales.
- Age : Between 21 to 40 Years
Knowledge/Skills/ Ability
- The candidate should have a pleasant personality , good communication skills and a go-getter attitude
- Candidate must love the challenges of chasing and meeting sales targets
