Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Client Acquisition*: Identify and approach potential clients to sell life insurance policies.
2. *Needs Analysis*: Assess clients' insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
3. *Policy Sales*: Sell life insurance policies, such as term life, whole life, and variable life insurance.
4. *Policy Servicing*: Provide ongoing support and service to existing clients, including policy updates and claims assistance.
5. *Relationship Building*: Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
6. *Product Knowledge*: Stay up-to-date on life insurance products, features, and benefits.
7. *Sales Targets*: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
8. *Compliance*: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
