The role

Join Headouts Performance Marketing team, a pivotal pillar driving the companys growth. As the Lead for Performance Marketing, youll be steering the ship for customer acquisition, fueling demand for our diverse range of experiences and destinations. Youll take charge of launching new marketing campaigns, finetuning existing ones, and implementing best practices to enhance our marketing strategies. Your contribution will be instrumental in propelling our growth and boosting profitability.

Situated in Bengaluru, we are on the lookout for candidates already in the vicinity or those who are open to relocating to this vibrant city.

What makes this role special?

High-impact Role : Pave the way for new trends in digital advertising and lead campaigns end to end. Extract valuable insights from performance metrics, diving deep into sales, revenue, conversions, CAC, and profitability.
First Principles Pro : Examine performance metrics, find out problems statements, and take advantage of new chances. Keep making our methods better and improving how we do things while leading a team.
Set Trends : Committed to growth, youll regularly discover fresh market opportunities, compare with competitors, and enhance landing pages for the best outcomes.

What skills & experience do you need?

Adwords Aficionado : With over 3-5 years under your belt, youre adept at managing Google Adwords campaigns.
Detail-oriented : Your analytical prowess is complemented by a sharp attention to detail, and youre at home with data-rich spreadsheets.
Knowledge Knight : Driven and intelligent, your thirst for knowledge is insatiable.
Collaboration Captain : Multitasking is second nature to you, adeptly managing multiple projects and fostering collaboration.
