Culture team is all about the support but thats just words and they do not actually care. Everyone wants to pretend things are cool but it ain't my friends. Free food and snacks is not what we care about ! Learn to listen or be the same loose good people. Bizops and Supply Ops team heads dont care about their teams. Unless you drink with your manager. Too many frequent changes. Performance rating is discussed in Nanda's. Your manager will tell you what to type in for his review. People who are in Headout for a long time. Please know where your boundaries are. Some of you are really sick trying to use this as some sort of power over others. Your day will come too.
