Hetero - Assistant General Manager - Audit - CA (8-12 yrs)

About the job:

- Initiate audits informing management and auditee about commencement of the audit, its schedule etc.

- Review and approve risk-based Audit Programs.

- Develop knowledge of Auditing standards for the professional practice of internal auditing

- Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS)

- Internal Controls

- Execution and Co-ordination with auditee

- Meet with the Plant Heads on a regular basis to discuss audit matters.

- Participate in important meetings with management during audit.

- Review draft audit reports, approve and issue final internal audit reports to the management.

- Prepare & finalize and present report to the top management periodically

Considerable skills and knowledge in the following:

- In applying internal auditing principles and practices and accounting principles and practices.

- In planning and project management, and in maintaining composure under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines.

- To establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers, staff and

external contacts, and to work effectively in a professional team environment.

- In collecting and analysing complex data, evaluating information and systems, and drawing logical conclusions

- Negotiating issues and resolving problems

- Effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and skill in presenting findings and recommendations.

- In using a computer with word processing, spreadsheet, power point and other business software to prepare reports, memos, summaries and analyses.

- Demonstration of knowledge of industry program policies, procedures, regulations and laws.

Minimum Qualification - Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant
