Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the EI & Payments product roadmap and strategy end-to-end
• Define, prioritize, and deliver features with clear business impact
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Consulting teams to align goals
• Be the product face for customers lead demos, roadmap discussions, and feedback loops
• Drive usage, engagement, and client satisfaction through data-informed iterations
• Define and track product KPIs, and run experiments to optimize outcomes
• Simplify complex problems and propose scalable, user-first solutions
• Work closely with UX to create intuitive, impactful experiences
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking
• Influence decision-making across teams with logic, clarity, and vision

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience in Payments, SaaS, or e-commerce
• Strong academic background IIT/IIM or equivalent Tier-1 institute preferred
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Metrics-first mindset with proficiency in tools like SQL, Amplitude, GA, or Mixpanel
• High ownership, adaptability, and comfort working in fast-paced environments

Criteria

• Education - B.Tech + MBA (IIM / IIT)
• Experience in SaaS
• Experience in e-commerce / Payments
