Lead - Growth Product Manager
Job Description:
- We are searching for a dynamic, growth-focused Lead Product Manager to drive product-led growth initiatives.
- In this role, you will lead cross-functional efforts aimed at achieving key customer growth metrics, feature adoption, and user engagement goals.
- You will work closely with the marketing team, product team, and other stakeholders to conceptualize, launch, and optimize innovative growth strategies and campaigns that directly impact our business trajectory.
- You must bring a strong B2C growth mindset and have first hand experience scaling products from 10 to 100.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and driving the growth product roadmap focused on user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop product-driven growth strategies and scalable marketing initiatives.
- Driving awareness and adoption of existing and new product features through innovative campaigns, in-app experiences, and communication strategies.
- Identifying opportunities and experimenting with growth hacks that can significantly move the needle in customer acquisition and engagement.
- Partnering with engineering, design, data, and product peers to build and optimize growth loops.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on growth KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Clevertap, etc., and making data-driven decisions to iterate quickly.
- Acting as a catalyst and change agent within the organization-bringing energy, experimentation, and sharp execution to fuel product-led growth.
- Evangelizing a product-led growth culture across the company.
- Owning the entire end to end onboarding journey for new customers, ensuring a smooth experience for the users.
- Drive customer activation post onboarding by building in product experiences, nudges, and experiences that guide the user to get activated.
- Build and optimise product experiences that increase the lead inflow and improve the conversions of leads to activated customers.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on B2C growth.
- Proven experience in driving product-led growth at a startup or scale-up, especially in a 10- 100 growth phase.
- Deep understanding of growth frameworks, AARRR metrics (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue), and customer journey mapping.
- Prior experience working closely with marketing teams to execute cross-functional growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Clevertap, Appsflyer, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in a fintech, trading, or investing-focused B2C product.
- Hands-on trading or investing experience in Indian capital markets.
- Demonstrated success in launching viral loops or network-driven features.
