Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.

- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand and map their needs into system functionalities.

- Work within the Sales and Lead Management domain, ensuring solutions align with business goals.

- Deliver high-quality solutions and provide ongoing support and enhancements as needed.

- Develop documentation and training materials for end-users and conduct user training sessions.

- Ensure system integrity and data consistency across CRM processes.

- Stay updated on new features and updates from Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially Sales modules.

- Good knowledge of Sales and Lead Management processes.

- Hands-on experience with full life cycle implementations of Dynamics CRM/365 across multiple versions.

- Proficient in customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 (e.g., entities, workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and client-oriented attitude.

- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
