Job Summary :

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Backend Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and Microservices to join our Integration team in Noida. This pivotal role requires strong technical leadership to design scalable and efficient solutions for integrating with major marketplaces, webshops, and brand partners. You'll be instrumental in developing high-quality APIs, optimizing data exchange, and enhancing interoperability, while also leading, mentoring, and managing a talented team.

Responsibilities :

- Architectural Design & Solutioning : Leverage your technical backend expertise to design scalable and efficient solutions. You'll be responsible for designing robust architectures and innovative solutions in coordination with the team, ensuring seamless communication between diverse products and external systems.

- API Development : Develop high-quality APIs for major fashion and lifestyle brands, addressing their unique business needs and supporting both standard and custom functionalities.

- Technical Leadership & Mentoring : Lead, mentor, and manage the backend development team to achieve optimal performance and deliverables. Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

- Stakeholder Management : Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and clients, to align technical objectives and foster strong collaboration.

- System Integration : Focus on optimizing data exchange and enhancing interoperability to deliver reliable and efficient solutions tailored to the needs of our partners.

- Code Quality & Best Practices : Ensure the development of high-quality, scalable code, adhering to best practices in software engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Java backend development.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot for building microservices.

- Proficiency in working with SQL databases.

- Deep understanding and practical experience with Microservices architecture.

- Experience with NHibernate (or other ORM frameworks).

- Proven ability to design and implement scalable and efficient backend solutions.

- Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a development team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
