Senior HR Executive - BFSI (4-5 yrs)

A leading financial institution based in Thrissur, Kerala, is looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to support its human resources functions. The role will focus on employee engagement and HR operations, ensuring a strong and motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Retention:

- Execute engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.

- Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and HR interventions to improve employee morale.

- Implement recognition and reward programs to boost motivation and retention.

Performance Management & Development:

- Support performance appraisal processes and assist in employee development plans.

- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs for skill enhancement.

HR Operations & Administration:

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

- Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts effectively.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 4 to 6 years in HR, with a strong focus on employee engagement.

- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.

- Industry: Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services) preferred.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and stakeholders.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
