HOME CREDIT INDIA FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Contacting potential customers and explaining the features and benefits of the product
- Answering customers' questions about product and addressing any concerns they may have
- Making outbound calls to prospects and converting them into qualified leads for the sales team
- Following up with customers who have expressed interest in the product
- Managing a database of contacts and keeping accurate records of all interactions with customers
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure that leads are properly qualified and passed on for further follow-up
- Achieving weekly and monthly targets for the number of calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved
- Should have excellent communication skills
