Duck Creek Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Duck Creek Project Manager with 9+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or insurance and lead the successful delivery of Duck Creek conversion and support projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years managing Duck Creek implementation or enhancement projects.
• Solid background in project management and a deep understanding of Duck Creek solutions within the Property and Casualty insurance space.
• Strong understanding of the Duck Creek Suite such as Policy, Billing, Claims and Author.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
• Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for Duck Creek such Billing, Policy and Claims.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers and external vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams and executive sponsors.
• Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
