The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full software development lifecyclefrom design and development to testing and production deploymentensuring top-tier code quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Python.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver new features and improve existing functionality.

- Own the end-to-end delivery of features and components, ensuring quality through automated testing and code reviews.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best software engineering practices.

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues with a focus on stability, scalability, and reliability.

- Design and implement database models and queries with an emphasis on performance using SQL-based databases.

- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Contribute to architectural discussions, help evaluate technology choices, and propose innovative solutions.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 6 years of hands-on software development experience using Python and its libraries/frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django).

- Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

- Proficiency in SQL including schema design, writing complex queries, and optimizing database performance.

- Hands-on experience with GIT for version control and working with branching/merging strategies in collaborative environments.

- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices such as test-driven development, CI/CD, and code reviews.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
