Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our efforts in expanding market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and building lasting client relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong market insight, and a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new B2B/B2C business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, demos, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Act as a key point of contact for client communication during the sales and onboarding phases.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on targeted campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, delivery, support) to ensure client expectations are met.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, revenue forecasts, and market feedback to senior leadership.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 36 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
