Responsibilities:
- Own and drive seven to eight-figure revenue across new sales, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell from a named portfolio of enterprise banking and financial accounts in India.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle-from lead generation and qualification to deal closure.
- Deliver impactful product presentations and demos, highlighting how AI-powered or tech-driven solutions can improve sales, collections, and customer experience.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs, VPs, and other senior stakeholders at banks, NBFCs, and fintech organizations.
- Apply a consultative selling approach to understand client needs, solve critical problems, and align solutions to business objectives.
- Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring deals meet both client goals and company capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Account Management teams to support smooth onboarding, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and contribute to product and market positioning.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of enterprise sales experience in the BFSI sector, with a proven record of closing high-value (seven to eight-figure) deals.
- Demonstrated success in selling AI, SaaS, or other tech-enabled solutions to banks, NBFCs, or fintech companies.
- Strong expertise in value-based selling, ROI-driven discussions, and strategic enterprise sales processes.
- Experience handling long, complex sales cycles, including RFP responses, regulatory considerations, and procurement protocols.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with modern sales tech tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Highly self-driven, outcome-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
