Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure backend solutions, REST APIs, and web applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining high code quality standards, and staying up to date with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs, backend services, and database structures based on business requirements.

- Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and established coding standards.

- Continuously refactor and improve existing code to maintain an up-to-date codebase using the latest libraries, frameworks, and dependencies.

- Develop and execute unit tests during the development process to ensure reliability and code coverage.

- Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and backlog refinement sessions.

- Understand Product Backlog Item (PBI) acceptance criteria before starting development.

- Ensure assigned sprint tasks are completed within timelines, with appropriate documentation, comments, and visual evidence (e.g., screenshots).

- Conduct thorough code reviews of peers work and provide actionable feedback.

- Ensure the code adheres to SonarQube, Snyk, and other static code analysis tool standards.

- Emphasize secure coding practices and help maintain high security standards across the codebase.

- Leverage Microsoft Azure or other cloud service providers for deploying and managing applications.

- Work on Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), evaluate third-party solutions, and research new technologies as needed.

- Debug and fix issues efficiently during development and after deployment.

- Maintain responsibility for post-release bug tracking and fixing.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to meet product goals and deliver features on time.

- Follow documentation guidelines provided in the team wiki and maintain clarity in communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in .NET / .NET Core development.

- Proficiency in building REST APIs, web applications, and integrating with databases (SQL Server, etc.).

- Experience with unit testing frameworks like MSTest, xUnit, or NUnit.

- Familiarity with code quality and vulnerability scanning tools such as SonarQube and Snyk.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, etc.).

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and participation in scrum ceremonies.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and secure coding practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).

- Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus.

- Experience working in a microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
