Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field), Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant discipline. A Master's degree would be an advantage.
• Proven experience typically minimum 8 years in the power/electricity sector, with a focus on revenue growth, sales, business development, or asset management.
• Strong understanding of the electricity market, regulations, and industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and revenue growth strategies.
• Experience in project evaluation, financial analysis, and asset optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
