Senior Technical Technician & Senior Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities -

• Apply in-depth knowledge of PE Grafted polyethylene pipeline applications to address customer requirements.
• Provide technical assistance to clients regarding material specifications, usage, and best practices.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to PE pipelines and deliver effective solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive engagement.
• Conduct market analysis, identify industry trends, and report potential business opportunities.
• Monitor and support sales performance, assisting in meeting or exceeding targets.
• Lead and participate in business development efforts for new client acquisition and market expansion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile -

• Bachelor's Degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant technical experience, specifically in extrusion and PE pipeline systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
