Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), automation tools, and container orchestration. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
Location : Remote
Time : PST Timing (9 pm to 6 am) - Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
- Manage and scale containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
- Work collaboratively with developers and QA to ensure seamless code deployment
- Ensure compliance with security and operational best practices
- Expertise in AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM)
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- Solid knowledge of Linux system administration
- Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.)
- Hands-on with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Version control systems Git
- Experience with Azure or GCP
- Knowledge of security practices (e.g., DevSecOps, secrets management)
- Familiarity with service meshes (Istio, Linkerd)
