Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional to drive product vision, market research and roadmap planning aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing teams, etc, while leveraging data tools like Power BI to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and refine long-term product strategy and vision.
- Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align execution with strategic goals.
- Build and manage MIS dashboards and reports using Power BI/Powerpoint for business insights.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
- Power BI, MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Market research & data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
Good to Have:
- Experience in customer engagement or app-based programs
- Knowledge of insurance products, especially group health
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email automation or campaign platforms
