CRM & Partnership Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
  Maintain and update CRM tools with client and lead information
  Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups
  Build strong post-sale relationships and gather feedback for improvement
• Quotation & Proposal Management:
  Create and share detailed quotations for drone products and services
  Coordinate with technical and sales teams for pricing and scope alignment
• Invoice Generation & Documentation:
  Prepare accurate invoices and follow up on payments
  Maintain sales and billing records for internal audits
• Event Planning & Coordination:
  Organize and manage exhibitions, drone demo days, and trade shows
  Coordinate logistics, travel, and setup with internal and external stakeholders
• Partnership Management:
  Support onboarding of dealers, resellers, and government liaisons
  Maintain records of partnership activities, MoUs, and collaboration terms
• Internal Coordination:
  Collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams for seamless execution
  Track customer and partner engagement metrics

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc) preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced tech environment
• Familiarity with drone/UAV industry is a plusonally for partner meetings, industry events, and conferences.
