Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at insideFPV. This role involves driving sales growth, maintaining customer relationships, and handling administrative tasks such as invoicing and data management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Identify new leads and proactively pursue sales opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demos to showcase the capabilities of our drone products and services.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work with the sales team to create and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Follow-Up: Timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to close sales and drive revenue growth.
Invoicing and Documentation: Prepare and manage sales invoices, maintain detailed records, and update data sheets in CRM systems.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the sales manager, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and market insights.
Sales Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts while negotiating terms and closing deals.

Requirements:
Previous experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in technology or drone industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in data maintenance and invoicing.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Familiarity with the drone industry or related technology sectors is a plus.
