We are looking for an experienced candidate that has hands-on experience in implementing RPA technologies, particularly using Automation Anywhere platform. In this role, youll work cross-functionally with business operations to create and optimize workflow processes. You will have to demonstrate strong analysis capability in understanding the operational processes and translate those into process flow to code and configure RPA. You will be working in a fast-paced and challenging yet supportive environment and be responsible for designing, developing and implementing workflow automation projects, Proof of Concepts (PoC) etc.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
• Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Work within project planning constraints, communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process.
• Develop test scenarios, and assist with test data setup for user acceptance testing
• Works with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions and maintain automation post-implementation and resolve any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations

Required Technical Skills

• 3+ years experience on Automation Anywhere 360 Platform
• Automation Anywhere certification is required
• Experience and understanding of Automation Anywhere Control Room
• Proficiency in programming languages, such as VB Script, Javascript, Macros and Databases, such as SQL and NoSQL
• Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects.
• Experience in understanding of As-Is process and ability to develop To-Be process
• Experience in conducting and managing acceptance testing with business stakeholders
