Job Profile: This role involves leading the development and launch of new products/SKUs for customers across India. Will head the entire process-from idea to market launch-while ensuring customer needs are met. The role will lead a team and manage cross-functional coordination to ensure the on-time completion of PanIndia projects.

Job Description:

- Collaborate with sales teams and customers, to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions.

- Lead and drive the execution of various product development projects across India, ensuring alignment with customer briefs and technical feasibility.

- Accountable for developing samples and commercial supplies, to ensure trials of various packaging structures with a 'First time right' approach.

- Ensure all new developments comply with functional and quality standards. - Work closely with vendors and suppliers and internal teams to advise on suitable raw materials (films, inks, adhesives), for the introduction of new structures for cost efficiencies.

- Review and maintain regular status reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

- Provide technical know-how to commercial teams for costing and feasibility studies.

- Ensure all documentation related to specifications, formulations, and test methods is complete and current.

- Track NPD project timelines, deliverables, and costs to ensure on-time delivery.

- Candidate Profile: B.Tech/M.Tech with 15-25 years of in-depth experience in the packaging industry in NPD. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, lead cross-functional teams, and drive product development from concept to launch.
