Associate Product Manager
Key Responsibility Areas:
Identifying the process improvements and gaps of the Tele process
Manage and improve the Tele dashboard /Sales Management Software for daily calling
Sales Funnel/Segmentation/ Hot Leads Tracking and Improvement
Improvement of Video Calling/Effective Calls & their conversion
Improving quality of sales/Conversion via technology and new sales enablement launches
Go to Market Support via Data Insight on Sales Operations, Sales Enablement Products
Reduction of New customer churn, retention & LTV improvement
Design and monitoring of Incentive Schemes, Contest and Enablement of Team
Experience Range:
1 - 4 years
Educational Qualifications:
B.Tech/B.E,andMBA/PGDMin HR/Industrial Relations
Job Responsibilities:
Planning and developing project plans to create solutions for key business problems.
Identify key operational issues and provide resolutions for the same.
Liaison with multiple stakeholders to drive adoption and adherence of processes.
Create control & feedback mechanisms for key metrics.
Work on data to generate dashboards performance and ensure visibility at all levels.
Will be required to work in a highly dynamic work environment which requires strong skills in terms of cross-functional team coordination, consensus building among various verticals within the organization and across departments to achieve overall business objectives in a timely & efficient manner.
Strategic Planning and Execution, Leadership and Cross-functional Team Management, Product Positioning and Messaging, Problem Solving and Risk Mitigation Sales Enablement ,Collaboration and Data-Driven Decision Making.

- Strong skills in market research, product marketing, project management, and sales enablement.

- Sales Funnel & Data Creation/Segmentation Tracking and Improvement.
- Sales Enablement Technology and Go to Market Support.
- Management and delivery of projects with the highest levels of performance, reliability, usability and customer delight.
