About the Role

Kollegeapply is seeking an Associate Product Manager - Growth who can lead both primary and secondary customer research and translate insights into actionable inputs for the product roadmap.

In this role, you will :

- Lead initiatives across the SEO product, CRM integrations, and GenAI-driven features to accelerate growth.

- Define success metrics and key milestones for owned products, consistently monitor product funnels and performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, and Business to deliver high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from a Tier 1 institution

- 13 years of experience in Product Management, Technology, Business Analysis, or Data Analysis

- Passionate about building exceptional user experiences and scalable product solutions

- Demonstrated ownership mindset with a growth-oriented product vision

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest (preferred)

- Strong research and analytical abilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Highly self-driven with strong attention to detail

- Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams
