Role & responsibilities
- Achieve Individual Targets
- Explore multiple options for New Build Sites
- Explore and build pool of proactive options for New Build sites
- Document Collection from Landlords and follow-ups
- Rental negotiations with Landlords in-line with Rental Band and rent policy
- Explore alternate options in case of Site Terminations
- Co-ordinate with Landlords for Lease Registration
Preferred candidate profile
- 2 wheeler & driving license as this is a purely field role.
- Documents: must be available as BGV check is mandatory.

Full of corporate politics. They treat the third party employees as daily wage worker's no respect for them they are always been told start searching new job if you can't do it they don't even think twice that they also have a family who is dependent on them.
