Job Title: Python Developer with Automation

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based backend services for AI and automation workflows.
• Automate routine processes within collections and loan servicing systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to implement machine learning pipelines and intelligent process automation.
• Build and maintain API integrations with internal and external financial systems.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security in all solutions developed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing for ongoing support.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Proven experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Python scripts, RESTful APIs).
• Experience with AI/ML workflow integration is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with financial systems, especially collections and loan management processes.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices (CI/CD, version control, testing).
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in an offshore setup.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Basic understanding of data science or machine learning concepts.
