Assistant/Deputy Manager - Fund Accounting - CA (5-14 yrs)

A prestigious client of Innoquest Consulting, a captive shared services unit, is looking for a Fund Accounting professional to be based in Pune, Mumbai, or Bangalore.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Oversee preparation and review of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations for mutual funds, hedge funds, or private equity funds.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of NAV packs and investor reports.

- Review financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements) prepared under IFRS, US GAAP, or local GAAP.

- Coordinate year- end audit processes and liaise with auditors.

- Monitor daily trade settlements, reconcile cash and positions with custodians, brokers, and prime brokers.Investigate and resolve breaks or discrepancies promptly.

- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, portfolios, and investor capital accounts.

Qualification :

- CA Qualified

- Post CA 3+ yrs of experience.
