About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, helping stakeholders understand business processes and translating them into actionable requirements.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, optimize workflows, and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments.

- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.

- Work closely with product owners, project managers, and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.

- Develop use cases, process flows, data models, and user stories to support business needs.

- Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments for system or process changes.

- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions.

- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by creating test cases and assisting end users with testing.

- Create dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and KPIs.

- Collaborate with QA and development teams throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).

- Assist in change management, training, and post-implementation support.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, finance, healthcare, e-commerce, or other domains.

- Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, requirements gathering, and process modeling.

- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, or Lucidchart.

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment
