Technical / Project Manager - Only Immediate Joiners

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Must have experience in the BFSI domain and should have led at least one end-to-end program implementation within the last two years, preferably involving banking products in areas such as Corporate Banking or Channel Banking or Payments, or Transaction Banking.
• Strong understanding of project management and delivery practices, with a proven track record of managing projects using Java technologies in the banking domain.
• In-depth knowledge of Corporate Banking, Channel Banking, Payments, and Transaction Banking solutions is essential.
• Should hold a recognized Project Management certification such as PMP and/or Agile certification, with solid practical experience in Agile methodologies.
• Must possess strong technical acumen, particularly with Hybrid Cloud Technologies, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in client engagement, as well as managing budgets, costing, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project.
• Solid technical foundation with a good understandingor hands-on experience—in software development and web technologies.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in program management, leading complex solution development within a matrix organizational environment.
• Strong track record of engaging and collaborating with CxOs and executive leadership in client organizations.
• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams across various disciplines.
• International exposure, particularly in regions such as APAC and the Middle East, will be considered an added advantage.
• Extensive project management experience with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as required, with no constraints on mobility or location.

B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization or UG or PG Graduates
