Working at intellect would be fun sometimes as you don't get enough of a task in the first few months. I left intellect within 2 months. They offered almost every recruit Gurgaon as their location and when I went in with the same request with certain genuine conditions, no one came in to help. I wish that I could have helped Intellect by contributing my skillsets as they had a portfolio of products which would have been useful for almost every bank that exists....Read More

- Firstly, I don't understand the concept wherein the company recruit freshers from campus drives and if the same position goes for external hiring then they look for at least 2 years of experience. - Intellect is a newborn brand which turned its services into products. - They showcase clients who were there at the time of Polaris. - HR intervention is there in everything. Be it a product delivery which requires technical knowledge or be it a conversation with manager. - New verticals of intellect lack clarity of role. I was trapped in the same pothole wherein no one in my team had clarity. - If you're north indian then good luck if you get your base location as Chennai. Trying to find atleast one since I joined but no luck

Worst company I have ever worked for. Full of people who are technically inefficient and spending time only by doing politics and not sharing information so as to save their job. Laterals joiners are ragged by these people and targeted in front of everyone and there is no respect and empathy at all . Developers dont even know basic programming and most people simply come to office make timepass and go. There are people who did not do anything for nearly an year took hefty salary and left one person needs to do handle everything and is accountable for everything which is highly unethical. They will tell joinees will get good technical exposure but after joining they will make to work on internal tools which are highly unstable and nothing to do with technical skills . Toxic work enviornment. Design Thinking is only hype and not implemented in any of the projects. Don't blindly believe unrealistic positive reviews and join and repent later ....Read More

I like the politics of this workplace ,If any one wants to join politics in future please join this organisation specially iGTB,it will be very usefull. Even after you get offerletter from here keep trying and leave ASAP.Dont think of settling and security. HR are part of game you can't even complain.
