Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs promptly and building long-lasting relationships. Oversee multiple client accounts to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Ensure clear two-way communication between clients and internal teams regarding deliverables, deadlines, and requirements. Business Development & Sales Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects and clients. Proactively network across industry channels and participate in events to generate new leads. Campaign & Project Oversight Manage the planning and execution of communication, advertising, or marketing campaigns, collaborating with creative and strategy teams. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects. Revenue Growth Strategize to achieve sales targets, track account and pipeline performance, and report regularly on progress. Negotiate contracts, renewals, and up-sell/cross-sell agency services to meet and exceed financial goals. Client Retention Deliver exceptional customer service, address client concerns swiftly, and identify solutions to ensure client retention.
