Student Counselor / Course Advisor

1. He/She is required to attend the calls and give the course details to the students.

2. He/She is required to share the complete course infomation and schdule the demo class for them.

Roles and Responsibility

• Provide expert guidance and support to students on academic and career-related matters.
• Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to enhance student engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with faculty members to design and deliver comprehensive course programs.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to promote student development and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in student counseling or course advising, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of student development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, faculty, and staff.
• Familiarity with educational technologies and software applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
