Sales Manager (Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune/Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi)
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Ionage as a Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of EV charging solutions by Apartments, Builders, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), and Enterprises. The primary responsibility will be to sell Auto OEM-sponsored/free and paid chargers, ensuring widespread deployment and seamless integration in the target markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution - Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve assigned targets in the residential and enterprise segments. Identify and engage with key decision-makers in Apartments, Builders, RWAs, and Enterprises to promote EV charging solutions. Collaborate with Auto OEM partners to leverage their sponsorship/free offerings effectively
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships. Conduct presentations, demos, and site visits to showcase the value proposition of Ionage s EV charging solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales cycle and post-sales engagement.
Market Research and Lead Generation - Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to position Ionage s solutions effectively.
Proposal and Deal Closure - Prepare and present customized proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of Auto OEM-sponsored/free chargers and paid charging solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Collaboration and Reporting - Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Provide regular updates and sales reports to the leadership team, including pipeline status, market feedback, and performance metrics.
Qualifications

Qualifications
