Job Description
- Production Support Experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in operations support or system administration.
- Ability to provide 24/7 production support in a rotational shift environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Hands-on experience in any scripting language, preferably Shell / Bash Scripting.
- Ability to manage CI/CD pipelines and implement automation for build and deployment processes.
- Working Experience with Azure Cloud / Azure DevOps.
- Experience in creating and maintaining automation scripts for routine tasks (e.g., backups, monitoring, patching).
- Practical knowledge of administering and supporting MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle databases.
- Experience in resolving database-related incidents and performing backups.
- Ability to work closely with development, DBA, and DevOps teams to resolve production issues.
- Ability to document support activities, prepare reports, and create knowledge base articles.
- Good to Have Skills
- Understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, and load balancing to support production applications.
- Proficiency in Java / JavaScript, Python.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Splunk, or Prometheus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
