ITC Infotech - Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC/Aura Framework (4-6 yrs)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, demonstrating strong proficiency in both declarative configuration and programmatic customization. You will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs and integrate seamlessly with other systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform, primarily using APEX, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Aura Components.

- Develop and maintain APEX Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components to extend Salesforce functionality.

- Implement complex business logic using Flows, Process Builders, and other declarative tools when appropriate.

Configuration :

- Perform Salesforce configuration tasks including creating custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflow rules, approval processes, and user management.

- Manage data using Data Loader and other Salesforce tools.

- Configure and optimize Reports and Dashboards to provide actionable insights for various business units.

Integrations :

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using Salesforce.com web services (SOAP/REST API calls).

- Understand and implement best practices for secure and efficient data exchange between systems.

Technical Expertise :

- Apply a strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices to write efficient and scalable code.

- Utilize knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance user interfaces and troubleshoot front-end issues.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and system performance.

Collaboration & Support :

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver projects on time.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities and recommend continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Proficient in developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and programming with APEX Class, APEX Triggers, and Salesforce APIs.

- Demonstrable work experience with Salesforce.com web services (SOAP/REST API calls) for integration purposes.

- Proven understanding and work experience in integrating salesforce.com applications with external applications.

- Good work experience in creating and optimizing Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce.

- Good understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is highly preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

- Experience with Salesforce DX and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
