Senior Analyst - Asset Management - Real Estate (5-12 yrs)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business and Financial Management:

- Develop, implement, and monitor an overall strategy for each asset

- Prepare annual business plans, including hold/sell analysis

- Review and approve annual budgets

- Prepare reports

Process / Quality Improvement:

- Implement proactive strategies to resolve operational problems

- Devise and advise on asset enhancements within the existing portfolio

- Review and approve monthly operating reports

Qualification/Skills Required:

A Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA (Finance) graduate with 6+ years of relevant work experience in Asset Management / Investments who have excellent financial modeling skills and is competent to work individually as well as in teams. The individual should possess strong analytical/negotiation skills and should be able to recognize, investigate, and communicate operational problems.
