Role & responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment (e.g., panels, wiring, circuit breakers, switches, lighting).
• Install, test, and commission electrical components as per design and safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical systems and repair as needed.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts.
• Assist in the inspection and testing of fire alarm, emergency lighting, and other critical MEP systems.
• Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams for integrated MEP operations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory codes during all tasks.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and on-call duties when required

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be Graduate
• Must have experience in Real Estate
