Job Description
EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of experience in large scale projects like Office Spaces, 5 Star hotels, shopping malls, high rise complexes, state of art commercial buildings etc.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To assist the project manager in the civil works at site.
- Supervise civil and structural works as per consultant drawings.
- To ensure receipt of right quality and quantity of material and testing of the same.
- Regular reporting of material status and progress of work at site.
- Keeping track of bills and ensures timely payments to contractors.
- Introducing the safety as Site and Motivating all for safety at Work
- Complete responsibility of smooth working project, coordination with the contractor for timely execution with quality & safety
KEY SKILLS:
- Experience in Execution of Institutional buildings and International Quality Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of civil works, supervision of contractors work, measurements, billing & liaison with statutory bodies.
- Knowledge of MS Projects, Computerized Project Planning Techniques and modern construction practices.
