Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site execution, especially high-end finishes.
- Daily supervision and coordination with contractors and their teams.
- Ensure work progresses as per quality, safety, and timeline standards.
- Provide timely work fronts to contractors.
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings; attention to detail.
- Coordinate with the interior design team for detailed finish execution.
- Monitor and control material wastage.
- Maintain quality and safety checklists.
- Certify joint measurements and maintain proper records.
- Ensure housekeeping and site organization.
- Manage snagging and smooth project handover.
- Willing to work extended hours when required.
- Should be a self-starter with experience in time-bound projects.
- Must have completed at least one full project lifecycle (foundation to handover) involving high-end finishes.
