JD - Assistant Manager - Accounts

QUALIFICATION: CA Inter / ICWAI / MBA (Finance) / M.Com

EXPERIENCE: 8 + Years experience in Accounts with knowledge of applicable tax laws and strong accounting background.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for preparation of Monthly MIS
• TB Scrutiny and Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account with schedules and notes to accounts for the Mall segment- quarterly/half yearly/annually.
• Preparing annexures for Tax Audit.
• Verifying and Booking of vendor bills and making payments.
• Making monthly TDS payment and filing of quarterly Income tax TDS returns
• Knowledge of GST, should be able to file GST returns
• Handling of other statutory compliances
• Asset Accounting and Maintaining Fixed Asset register in SAP and ensuring reconciliation with Physical verification of assets.
• Checking of Revenue Billing done with the agreements / term sheet in Place. Report if there is any error and correct in same month
• Addressing Internal and Statutory audit queries in time
• Generating various MIS Reports (from SAP) to facilitate Management Decision.

Key Skills:

• Should have strong accounting knowledge and proficient with Statutory Compliances
• Strong analytical capabilities with ability to evaluate data, formulate accurate conclusions and develop action plans.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate and effectively use new information.
• Should have SAP End user experience
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS Office word, Excel and Power point.
