Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Were looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in design principles, hands-on experience with industry-standard tools, and the ability to bring brand and marketing strategies to life through stunning visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual content for websites, social media, ads, brochures, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project goals and creative requirements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design touchpoints.
• Develop design concepts, mockups, and final deliverables with precision and creativity.
• Work closely with developers, copywriters, and product managers to bring ideas to life.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, technologies, and AI-assisted creativity.
• Juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines with confidence.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from NIFT, NID, or a reputed Fine Arts college.
• 45 years of hands-on experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.).
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Sora, and ChatGPT for creative ideation and execution.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual composition.
• Experience in UI/UX design with prototyping skills.
• Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
• Prior agency experience is a strong advantage.
