Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Academics Manager to lead and manage academic operations across Region. The role involves overseeing curriculum implementation, ensuring high-quality teaching practices, and driving educational innovation. This position will work closely with school leadership teams to enhance academic performance and achieve Eduvates mission of delivering a future-ready education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Management: Lead a team of 8-10 academic managers across the region, ensuring the consistent delivery of the Eduvate curriculum across schools.
• Curriculum Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Eduvates well-researched digital and physical learning materials, ensuring alignment with modern education standards and industry needs.
• Teacher Development: Provide training and development support to team/teachers, focusing on effective use of learning materials procured from Eduvate, enhancing their pedagogical skills and leveraging technology in classrooms.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Regularly assess academic performance of team through internal trackers, gather feedback from schools, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with school management, academic managers, local sales team, and Eduvates central academic team to ensure smooth execution of academic strategies.
• Innovation: Identify and introduce new academic programs, tools, and methodologies to improve learning outcomes.
• Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Manage academic budgets and resources effectively to support the regions schools.
Key Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in academic management, curriculum development, or related roles, preferably within the edtech or K-12 education sector.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing large academic teams, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with digital learning platforms and educational technologies.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze academic data, monitor progress, and implement improvement strategies.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Preferred:
• Candidate who is open to extensive traveling in the assigned territory.
• Experience with managing regional academic operations across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of current educational policies and standards in India.
